CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS

We are happy about this, but also sad for those who were unable to register.


The forum will take place from Monday afternoon 30th September 2019 till the end of the morning Saturday 5th October 2019.

The tariffs include full board, 6 days – 5 nights, breakfasts, lunches and evening meals including a festive dinner during the week.
They also include the morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
They do not include drinks at other times.


At the Bélambra Dourdan Centre where the forum will be held there are two types of rooms :
  • Rooms with two single beds
  • Rooms with a double bed
You can occupy :
  • a room for two with two single beds => FULL
  • a room for two with a double bed => FULL
  • or a room for one person. => FULL
If you book into a room for two, we will need to know, if possible, the name of the person with whom you wish to share.

Tariffs

The tariffs depend on the type of room you choose and the date when you book.
Between 1st March and 30th April 2019 :
710 € => Room for two
840 € => Single Room => FULL

From 1st May 2019 :
750 € => Room for two
870 € => Single Room => FULL
